Sometimes a collar might not fit quite right, or you may simply feel another leash color would suit your pup better.

What matters most to us is that you’re truly happy with your choice.
That’s why you’re entitled to return any item within 14 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

To reduce environmental impact, we kindly ask that you use the original packaging for your return, if possible.

Please include the completed return form, or at least a note with the following details:

• Name on the order

• Order number

• Your email address

• Bank account number for the refund

Once we receive your return, your payment will be refunded to your account within 14 business days.
