1. How quickly will my order be delivered?
We have all products in the e-shop in stock and ship every working day. In Prague, it is possible to choose a courier even during the weekend. You will receive your order within 48 hours of placing the order.
2. Můj pejsek se hned zašpiní, jsou pro něj produkty vhodné?
Caring for our products is quick and easy. The material doesn’t absorb liquids — everything either rolls off or dries on the surface. Simply wipe it with a damp cloth or wet wipe and you’re done. No conditioning is needed, as the material is synthetic. Please do not use chemical cleaners.
3. Can I see or try the products in person?
Aktuálně nemáme kamennou prodejnu, ale po domluvě je možné setkat se v Praze, prohlédnete si barvy, velikosti a můžete si je také vyzkoušet na vašem pejskovi. Brzy bude také možné produkty zakoupit v Place Store v Táboře.

This innovative material is resistant to dog teeth and claws, and can withstand not only everyday wear but also demanding conditions like high humidity, water, and direct sunlight. You don’t need to worry about cracking, peeling, fading, or scratches. Each product is finished with gold hardware, which comes with a 1-year color guarantee - if it loses its golden finish, we’ll replace it for you. 5. I need my order today - is that possible?
Yes, same-day pickup is possible by appointment in Prague 5. We also offer courier delivery within Prague, including evening hours. If you're looking for a last-minute gift, you can choose an e-gift card - it will be delivered to your email within 40 minutes.
