frequently asked questions

1. Jak rychle objednávku doručíte?

All products in our e-shop are in stock and shipped out every business day. In Prague, weekend courier delivery is also available. You’ll typically receive your order within 48 hours of purchase.

2. My dog gets dirty quickly, what about maintenance?

Caring for our products is quick and easy. The material doesn't absorb liquids — they either roll off or dry on the surface. Just wipe clean with a damp cloth or tissue and you're done. No conditioning needed, as the products are synthetic. Please avoid using chemical cleaners.

3. Can I see and try the products in person?

We don't have a physical store at the moment, but it's possible to meet in Prague by appointment - you can see the colors, check the sizes, and even try the products on your pup.

4. The products seem a bit pricey and I’m worried they won’t last — are they durable?

alexmia products are made from microfiber vegan leather — a material that combines the beauty of genuine leather with the durability of synthetic alternatives. This innovative material is resistant to dog teeth and claws, and can handle not only everyday use but also tough conditions like high humidity, water, or direct sunlight. You don’t have to worry about cracking, peeling, fading, or scratches. All products are finished with gold hardware, which comes with a 1-year color guarantee - if the gold fades, we’ll replace the item for you. Learn more about the material in the “Material” section of our menu.

5. If you're in Prague, same-day delivery may be possible via courier. Just get in touch with us and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Yes, you can pick up your order by appointment in Prague 5. We also offer courier delivery within Prague, including evening hours. If you’re looking for a last-minute gift, you can choose an e-gift card - it will be delivered to your email within few minutes after payment.
